Polo Club Grand Opening

RiverHills Bank proudly supports another Affordable Housing Project. Through partnership with AU Associates, RiverHills Bank was able to provide a more than $3.6MM Construction Loan, and a $1MM Perm Loan.

Alex Nourse First VP, Treasury was honored to represent RiverHills Bank at the Grand Opening of the new construction 24-unit Senior Affordable Housing project called Polo Club Apartments located in Lexington, KY. “Mayor of Lexington, Miss Linda Gorton, remarked that the City of Lexington has funded the construction and preservation of 3,061 units of affordable housing, of those 846 are being opened within the next year. The City of Lexington has also leveraged $32.3MM in government funds into a total investment of $369MM for affordable housing in Lexington, Fayette County”

Polo Club Park Apartments are the new construction of 24 units of affordable housing for seniors 55+ in Lexington, KY. The project consists of 13 one-bedroom units and 11 two-bedroom units in one 4-story building. All units will consist of modern design features, energy star appliances, and washer/dryer hookups. The building will also contain a fitness room, two laundry rooms, and a community room for resident use.
