Treasury Management Accounts
TREASURY CHECKING
Our Treasury Checking Account is a checking account that is designed for high transaction operating accounts*.
Treasury Checking features include:
Unlimited and free check writing
Unlimited and free transactions for deposits and withdrawals
State-of-the-art online banking services which includes remote deposit capture with a free scanner
Free corporate and employee debit cards
Interest rate based on RHB Index - paid monthly
*These products and services are subject to fees for relationships under $250,000 on deposit, based on a rolling 6 month average.
Treasury Management Services
AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH)*
ACHs are commonly used for direct deposits, money transfers, and payments. ACH transactions typically take one to three business days to complete but are a cost-effective alternative to paper checks or wire transfers. Our ACH service enables you to create payment and collection templates in order to simplify and enhance your accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
ADMINISTRATION
The administrative features of business online allow for select users to manage employees and employee account access. The administrator has the ability to create and review internal and external transfer templates or delegate to selected employees. Some other administrative features include but are not limited to password resets, enabling employee ACH and wire access, and setting up new employee or deleting employee access.
POSITIVE & REVERSE POSITIVE PAY
This service gives our Treasury clients the ability to review checks and ACHs prior to being posted to prevent potentially fraudulent items. This feature seamlessly works with all major accounting softwares for importing check and ACH files and managing them within one dashboard.
STOP PAYMENTS
This online service grants users the ability to stop fraudulent, lost, or stolen checks. Stop payments are valid for a 6 month period from the origination date.
*This service also needs approval by the RiverHills Bank Credit Department before being able to be activated.
ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
This feature allows business online users to transfer funds between internal accounts. This service also allows the use of templates that can be open ended and available to all employees or close ended and restricted to specific users.
MERCHANT CAPTURE*
Also known as Remote Deposit Capture, is a service that allows Treasury clients who are approved by the RiverHills Bank Credit Department to deposit checks into their RiverHills Bank account(s). This feature allows for the convenience of depositing checks from the comfort of your office.
DUAL CONTROL
This feature allows for business online users to enable dual control for ACH, wire, internal transfers, and bill payments. Dual control is enabled for the creation of internal and external transfer templates. This feature helps inhibit internal and external fraud and reinforce internal policies and procedures.
WIRE TRANSFERS
Wire transfers (or wires) are a method of sending funds from an originating financial institution to another institution. Wires can be easily originated from your online dashboard through the use of templates. This is secured by a soft token that can be downloaded to your personal device.
