When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
If you choose to use the RiverHills Bank Mobile or CardHub app, we may collect information regarding your mobile device such as device settings, unique device identifiers, information about your location, and analytical information that may assist with diagnostics and performance. For your convenience, you may be asked to grant permission for access to your mobile device's geolocation data. This information may be collected when you use certain services that are dependent on your mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in store transactions).

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
RiverHills Bank does not share with our affiliates.
Non-affiliates: Companies non related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non financial.
RiverHills Bank does not share with non-affiliates.
Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Naturally, we know how important personal privacy is to you and want to protect the information you have entrusted to us.
Expectation of Privacy
We recognize that you expect privacy and security for your personal and financial affairs. We understand the need to safeguard our sensitive information about you that you have entrusted to us. We maintain standards and procedures designed to prevent misuse of this information.
Use, Collection and Retention of Information
In order to assist you with your financial needs and provide excellent customer service we collect, retain, and use certain types of customer information. We may collect or retain nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Applications or other forms that you provide to us, information such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income and investment objectives;
Information about your transactions with us such as payment history, account balances and usage;
Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as your credit worthiness and history.
We collect and retain information about you only for specific business purposes and we will tell you why we are collecting and retaining it upon your request. We use information to administer your records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand your financial needs so that we can provide you with quality products and superior service.

We have procedures to help assure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with commercial standards. We
also have procedures to respond to your requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
Limiting Employee Access to Information
We have procedures that limit employee access to information to those employees with a business reason to know such information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, special training and our policies. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

Disclosure of Account Information
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to parties outside our bank, for their independent use unless: you request or authorize it; the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required. We do not provide account or personal information to non-RHB companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing.
Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
Sometimes it is necessary to provide personally identifiable information about you to a party outside of our bank, such as to a vendor or service company that we may hire to prepare statements or to provide support or services for one of our products. These vendors and service companies agree to safeguard our confidential information about you and your products and services with us and must abide by applicable law.
