Customer Service Representative/Teller

We are looking for a positive, energetic, self-starting individuals. We need individuals to be outgoing as they will be interacting directly with our customers in person and over the phones. We are looking for part-time and full-time Customer Service Representative positions.

Position Overview:

This is an entry-level position with a ton of opportunity to grow. Wages will be increased as you progress through training and each new Teller Level. Customer Service Representatives perform basic teller functions such as accepting deposits, facilitating withdrawals, processing loan payments, and cashing checks. Good phone etiquette is also highly important in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Run teller window • Open basic personal and business accounts • Vault balancing • ATM balancing • End-of-day transaction processing

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of PC (MS windows and Office Products including word, excel, etc.) • Previous banking experience preferred, but not required
