On Friday December 15th, RiverHills Bank employees participated in an employee only event at Batavia Bowl. There was pizza, soda, and a lot of laughs!
On Tuesday, December 12th, RiverHills Bank Employees gathered and celebrated another successful year at the Norlyn Manor.
There were raffles, prizes, a fantastic buffet, but most importantly, we were all together.
At RiverHills Bank, we submit video impressions to describe an act of kindness or to recognize each other for exhibiting the core values on a monthly basis. This is how we determine the employee of the month. At the appreciation dinner, we were able to do a bit more than that. We took several minutes to go up to a fellow coworker, tell them about a time that was not formally recognized and shared our gratitude for one another.
On Friday November 24th, 2023 RiverHills Bank participated in the annual Milford Hometown for the Holidays festivities out of the Historic Milford Branch. There were crafts, popcorn galore and of course hot chocolate inside of the bank.
Local businesses and vendors also participated in the festivities with tree and silo lightings, horse-drawn rides, a visit with Santa, and the antique fire truck rides. The stop was right outside!

Brian Dunlap, President/CEO was honored to represent RiverHills Bank at the Grand Opening of the 48-unit Multi-Family Affordable Housing project called Griffon Apartments located in Cincinnati, OH.
RiverHills Bank promised to match every dollar donated between November 1st through November 30th up to $1,000. Not only did we meet this goal, but it was well exceeded! A total of $7,957.56 was contributed by the community alone. When you add the promised match from RiverHills, this brings the grand total to $8,957.56 raised!! These funds will go directly to HCHS and we are forever grateful for the wonderful relationships within the community to make this happen.

Wow! Sunday December the 10th was a busy day! The cities of Amelia and Felicity put on quite the display with local vendors and businesses to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
RiverHills Bank participated in both parades this season and we luckily beat the rain! We were thrilled to be a part of this joyous occasion and contributing to the local spirit.
We will definitely see you again next year for the holiday parades. We even have our theme picked out!
On Monday November 27th, RiverHills Bank as well as DOZ were honored to co-sponsor and attend the Welcome Reception for the 2023 Ohio Housing Conference.
In addition to attending the conference, five executives including our President and CEO, Brian Dunlap, were willing to participate in a fundraiser with the Ohio Women’s Affordable Housing Network (OWAHN) to assist with the Harriet’s Hope Welcome Basket project.
Over $4,000 was raised just through the executives participating in this effort. Although it was a close run across the board, our President and CEO Brian Dunlap received the pie to the face. On Saturday November 11, 2023, one of our valued team members Samuel Mota organized a fun event at the League for Animal Welfare.
The League for Animal Welfare is best known in Clermont county as a no kill shelter that was founded in 1949. It is the oldest in the surrounding areas. It is a privately funded non profit organization that relies on the community, dedicated staff, and foster families to volunteer to assist in the ever-growing need to care for the neglected animals of the area.
On October 31st, RiverHills employees participated in a friendly but competitive costume contest. After COVID, we wanted to revisit a tradition that was at rest. I’d say we came back full blast!
On Wednesday October 25th, RiverHills Bank employees and OWAHN attended a paint night that was held at the Day Heights Memorial Firefighters Hall in support of Harriet’s Hope. Millie Hurtt and Kay Stamper organized a successful and fun event.
On Monday October 9th, RiverHills employees attended CrossRoads Church in Eastgate for an Inservice training opportunity. In addition to a great learning experience, we also enjoyed our 10th annual Chili cook-off. Reigning champion, Richard Barbercheck had to release the crown to our 2023 four-time winner Gail Burnam. She placed first out of 15 other chilis. Way to go Gail!
On Saturday October 7th, RiverHills Bank hosted the first annual Field Day at Julif’s Park in Anderson, OH. This family friendly event allowed our competitive spirits to thrive.
On Friday September 29th, RiverHills Bank employees participated in a cycling event at Logic Cardio Studios located in Loveland, OH. The class was instructed by Shannon who graciously accepted song requests and made the entire experience so fun.

On Thursday, July 13, Riverhills Bank sponsored a spaghetti dinner supporting our employee, Karen Gillespie, in her battle against cancer.
