How it works
Any employee may easily submit mortgage referrals with just a few clicks. Simply scroll to the short form below, input the potential applicant’s name, phone and/or email, any brief notes from the initial conversation, and your name in the Referred By section.
If you’re also referring directly to a specific LO, please input REFERRED TO ‘LO NAME’ in Comments.
Employees get (5) Strategic Objective Points for every submission, regardless of whether the loan closes or not, as long as the customer completes a loan application with our mortgage team.
If the submission converts to a closed loan, the employee who referred the customer will receive (10) Strategic Objective Points AND $100 (limit 5 per year/up to $500).
