Cypress Commons Grand Opening
Yesterday President/CEO Brian Dunlap attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Cypress Commons Apartments in Middletown, Ohio. Millions of dollars were poured into this project to completely revamp every aspect of the units.
Upon arrival, the sense of community was clearly evident. All of the units were neatly adorned with Halloween decor, children were playing outside, and residents were walking their dogs. It genuinely felt like a home. We are extremely fortunate to work with partners just like Wallick Communities and to get the opportunities to provide affordable housing across the nation.
