Parkersburg Elderly Housing
Over half of the units within the brand new, 40-unit senior living complex have already been taken since the grand opening of Parkersburg Elderly Housing complex last week! RiverHills Bank was one of the many project partners that helped bring this facility to life.
Parkersburg was in serious need of more affordable housing options for low-income seniors. Neighborhood Development Services Inc. saw that need and RiverHills Bank was more than happy to jump in and assist in financing the project. This three-story facility is equipped to accommodate any qualifying individual or couple ages 55 and older, and all units are handicap accessible, or can be converted to conform to ADA standards. Many thanks go out to NDS, the city and the officials of Parkersburg, the developers, and everyone else who assisted in the successful creation of another beautiful affordable housing complex.
