Funding Future Leaders
Each year, over 400 students apply for scholarships at UC Clermont Community College. The school awards hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to deserving students for merit, leadership, and completion. Unfortunately, that still leaves a huge gap between scholarship funds available and students in need of financial assistance.
In 2016, RiverHills Bank agreed to help close that gap by starting the UC Clermont RiverHills Bank Scholarship. One full-time student is awarded $1,000 to help ease the financial burden of tuition. The only requirements of the scholarship are that the individual must be a resident and they must be majoring in business.
Investing in the lives of our future leaders is of the utmost importance to our organization. We take great pride in putting our depositors’ money back into the communities in which we live and work. RiverHills Bank is grateful to be able to partner with a local college and to be able to make a positive impact on the lives of these young adults. We will continue to support and fund the UC Clermont scholarship for years to come.
