Swan Creek Crossing

Swan Creek Crossing was newly constructed and completed in 2019. It became a 28-unit, two-story, elevator building located in Fulton County, Ohio. At the time of construction, Fulton County only had 40 Housing Tax Credit units for seniors despite being home to nearly 13,700 seniors. This project was very much needed in an underserved community. This active senior community houses one- and two-bedroom apartments with large, walk-in closets. Units are equipped with high-efficiency electric furnaces, washer/dryer hook-ups, dishwasher, and microwave. The interior finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans, white trim, and rich espresso cabinetry set these units apart from the average senior living community. The community is also pet-friendly and smoke-free, featuring on-site management and maintenance. There are also ample common spaces where residents can relax and mingle with friends, family, and other residents. Residents have full access to the community room with a kitchenette, fitness center, lounge, mailroom, restrooms, a library, and a laundry room.
