Melrose Place Grand Opening

RiverHills Bank proudly supports another Affordable Housing Project. Through partnership with Model Group, RiverHills Bank was able to provide a $3,100,000 Construction Loan.

Brian Dunlap, President/CEO was honored to represent RiverHills Bank at the Grand Opening of the 26-unit Multi-Family, Affordable Housing project called Melrose Place located in Cincinnati, Walnut Hills, Ohio.

Melrose Place is a new construction of 26 units of permanent supportive housing targeted to families experiencing homelessness and with a household member with a disabling condition. The project will offer wrap-around services to help families stabilize and thrive. A multi-purpose room and offices for counseling and service delivery will be located on the first floor, along with common laundry. Supportive services will include traditional offerings such as mental health assessment and counseling, intensive case management, legal services, life skills, and others, as well as a comprehensive menu of options specifically available to support the unique needs of children that have experienced homelessness and their parents. Serving two generations under one roof increases family stability and unity and extends long-term program achievement to not just include at-risk families maintaining housing, but to children growing up healthy and ready to achieve, having addressed the traumatic stress and other impacts of homelessness.
