Harriet's Hope Paint Night
On Wednesday October 25th, RiverHills Bank employees and OWAHN attended a paint night that was held at the Day Heights Memorial Firefighters Hall in support of Harriet’s Hope. Millie Hurtt and Kay Stamper organized a successful and fun event.
Harriet’s Hope is an organization that has established a 52-unit housing facility in Columbus to rescue survivors of human trafficking and homelessness. 10 of these units will be utilized to reunite families. This was created by a partnership between CMHA and Beacon 360 Management.
The paintings were donated as a gift to the survivors to have in their new homes as a reminder that they are not alone and they have a strong community to support them. What a wonderful cause and evening.
