Ohio Housing Conference Welcome Reception 2023

On Monday November 27th, RiverHills Bank as well as DOZ were honored to co-sponsor and attend the Welcome Reception for the 2023 Ohio Housing Conference.

In addition to attending the conference, five executives including our President and CEO, Brian Dunlap, were willing to participate in a fundraiser with the Ohio Women’s Affordable Housing Network (OWAHN) to assist with the Harriet’s Hope Welcome Basket project.

As you may have seen on our recent posts, Harriet’s Hope is a 52-unit affordable apartment building for survivors of human trafficking and homelessness. It will take on average about $350 per unit to furnish some essentials such as towels, pots, pans, etc. OWAHN and RiverHills hosted a paint night to give these baskets and units a touch of home.

Over $4,000 was raised just through the executives participating in this effort. Although it was a close run across the board, our President and CEO Brian Dunlap received the pie to the face.
