Setting Up Secure Now 

We have opted to implement a multifactor authentication for our customer’s online banking. This will help to mitigate possible loss of funds using your online banking account.

First time login.

  • Begin by logging in to Online Banking like you normally would.

  • Input security question answers if prompted to do so and select continue.

  • Input your phone numbers, including your mobile phone number and press the continue button, this will be used as the Multifactor Authentication Method

Set Up Phone Numbers

  • Given you’ve entered the correct mobile phone numbers you should receive a verification alert.

  • Pass the One Time Passcode (OTP) challenge

  • Choose the Text or Call option to get the passcode and input it. Multi Factor Authentication has now been set up on your Online Banking Account. Thank you.
