2019 Hometown Holidays
Milford’s Hometown for the Holidays is always scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend. This annual family-friendly event kicks off the Christmas season and features a variety of holiday happenings along the four blocks on Main Street.
Businesses along Main St open their door to swarms of visitors as they shop local for unique gift items, grab a bite to eat in the towns’ restaurants or a drink at the brewery, and take in all of the beautiful sights and sounds. Strolling Victorian carolers, horse-drawn carriage rides, and free antique fire engine rides fill the air with old town holiday charm. Children can even bend Santa’s ear and say hi to Mrs. Claus.
RiverHills Bank is engrained in the City of Milford, and has a branch right on Main St. We take pride in participating each year. This year we had some very impressive gingerbread creations displayed in our lobby. Customers and visitors voted on their favorites. One was even modeled after a RiverHills Bank branch!
