Arlington Ridge
Arlington Ridge is a newly constructed townhouse community comprised of 46 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Every unit comes standard with a fully equipped, energy-efficient kitchen, in-unit washer and dryers, and central air. Within the community, residents can take advantage of the fitness center, children can enjoy the playground, and everyone has the opportunity to grow and help maintain the vegetation within the community garden.
This is a general occupancy workforce housing community in the City of Green, Summit County, Ohio. Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Once completed, these projects become so much more than a living space. They become homes, where residents feel secure. Secure, affordable housing is only this first of many opportunities communities like Arlington ridge provide, though. Every aspect of a project such as this is designed with the residents in mind. Project developers are intentional with providing a multitude of amenities any individual or family might need to be successful. Many residents are coming out of a difficult situation, and this is their opportunity for a fresh start. RiverHills Bank is always proud and honored to partner with the various government, construction, and financial organizations that develop and see these projects through. Special thanks for this project goes out to Spire Development, the City of Green, OH, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), Gorsuch Construction, National Equity Fund, and Fairfield Homes.
