COVID-19 Preparedness and Prevention Plan
During this time of uncertainty, it is important to focus on the factors around us that we are able to control. The health and safety of our staff and customers is of the highest importance to us. We have had to make plans to ensure business continuity, and we want to be certain that you’re aware of our plans.
Business Continuity and Preparedness
We are closely monitoring the breaking news coming from trusted government sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as federal, state and local authorities. At this time, our core front-line team will still be available daily to serve you. We will not be closing our branches, but this may be subject to change as this situation evolves. All phone lines and Customer Service emails will continue to be functional for customers to contact us.
In the meantime, we are taking additional sanitary and precautionary measures:
Hand sanitizer will be readily available at at teller windows
Additional staff education on proper hand-washing best practices
Back office staff members may work remotely
Staff members traveling by plane will self-quarantine for 14 days before returning to work
All in-person meetings have been rescheduled or will take place online
Employee and Community events will be suspended
Transactions may eventually be limited to drive-thru only
These decisions are intended to help safeguard our employees, their families, our customers, and their families, and is in effect until further notice. As the situation develops, so too will our precautionary procedures.
