Important Notice: Drive-thru Service Only - Branch Lobbies Will Be Closed

Effective Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 all branch lobbies will be closed until further notice. All business will be conducted through the branch drive thru. Our Main St branch does not have a drive thru and will be closed as a result. We will be making additional adjustments to accommodate transactions such as opening accounts and accepting large coin deposits.

Please call ahead to make arrangements for any of the services listed below:

  • Opening a New Account, To expedite the account opening process, we ask that you call ahead if you wish to open any new accounts, regardless of whether they are business or personal. During the call, a RiverHills Bank employee will collect all of the necessary information to prepare the signature card. You will still be required to provide your signature and proper identification through the drive thru upon arrival.

  • Large Coin Drops, Coin drops can only be accepted at our Chamber Drive office in Milford and our Front Street office in New Richmond. Please call ahead so that our staff may prepare to accept your coin. We ask that physical coin be dropped in the vestibules and that you pull up to the drive thru to complete the transaction.

  • Day Drops, Please call ahead to schedule any currency Day Drops that will not fit in the drive thru tubes. You may be directed to visit a branch with more secure accommodations such as the currency drawer in Front Street’s drive thru lane #1. You may also utilize our secure Night Drops, located on the outside of every branch. Deposits are dropped into a safe on the inside of the building and checked each morning.

  • Accessing Your Safe Deposit Box, We aim to make any accommodations necessary for individuals that need to access their safe deposit boxes during this time. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

  • Notary, For faster service, please call ahead and ask a Customer Service Representative to confirm that a notary will be in the office you plan to visit.

This is an opportune time to take advantage of all of the tools our Online Banking has to offer. Additional staff will be manning the Customer Service phone lines and email.
